TabNotes Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026. These terms apply to TabNotes, operated by Manoj Mallick. Contact admin@learnhubplay.nl.

The service

TabNotes provides browser-based sticky notes, reminders, exports, optional sync, licensing, and optional AI assistance. Local note features can be used without optional analytics or remote AI. Features may change where needed for security, law, browser compatibility, or product improvement.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you save, capture, upload, export, or send to a provider. Do not use TabNotes to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, confidentiality, security, or another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass service limits, access credentials, or provider safety systems.

Remote AI

Remote AI is available only to users who confirm they are at least 18. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output produced for others. Review it before relying on or publishing it. Do not use TabNotes AI for medical diagnosis, clinical practice, unlawful decisions, or decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects about another person.

Plans and licences

Free and paid features are described on the pricing page and at checkout. A paid licence is personal unless the checkout offer expressly states otherwise. You may not resell, share, forge, or circumvent a licence. We may suspend a licence for chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or a material breach, subject to applicable consumer law.

Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. The checkout page shows the price, currency, billing period, and whether a plan renews. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. To cancel, request a refund, or correct billing information, contact admin@learnhubplay.nl. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access and refunds follow the checkout terms and mandatory law.

EU and UK consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Contact us within that period to exercise it. TabNotes does not ask you inside the extension to waive statutory withdrawal rights merely because you begin using local or paid features.

Updates and availability

We aim to keep TabNotes available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Browser changes, provider outages, quotas, maintenance, or events outside our control may affect hosted functions. Export important notes and keep backups appropriate to your needs.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your note content. You grant TabNotes and selected processors only the limited rights needed to provide the functions you request. TabNotes software, branding, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional consent, recipients, retention, deletion, and your rights. Provider services you choose may also have their own terms.

Warranty and liability

TabNotes is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, provider output, or loss caused by failing to maintain an appropriate export or backup. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

Material changes will update the effective date and, when appropriate, be disclosed in the product. Questions, cancellation, withdrawal, and legal notices can be sent to admin@learnhubplay.nl or through the support page.
